BLUE DOT CINEMA is an independent movie theatre with a global focus. The brief asked for branding for a cinema that was provocative, independent, and inspirational. As Hollywood has begun to surrender some of its dominion to foreign film markets and creatives, the domestic demographic of foreign film enthusiasts has grown substantially. To cater to that growing market, I branded this cinema as blatantly global in it’s offerings, with taglines and a logo that evoke a sense of community and universality.
